Which is better?

I just rescued an old laptop from a coworkers and for another coworker

but it feels slow and I only have these options (no international shipping in my country for now) 

from a local store and the prices are very similar... (we need about 1TB)

Go for the western digital, go for the cheaper option. Blue and green are basically the same, the "color" does not really matter in any way.
