So I bought LED lights about a year ago and lost the controller. I've been tempted to get a new IR Controller in order to hopefully revive my LED's that have been off for a few months because of the lost controller. My dilemma is, the IR Receiver for the strips says:

"IR Remote Control

 Input voltage DC12V-24V

Output current 6A(MAX)"

And on this website I found an IR Receiver box that says literally the exact same thing on it however I'm not sure if the controller that'll come with the box will be compatible with the LED's I currently have setup. Im tempted into buying it solely due to the fact the receiver box says the same thing and the 4 pin male kinda looks similar to the 4 pin female I have connected to the strips. Any ideas?

PS: No I don't know the name of the company I bought the lights off of I got em on clearance for like 20CAD$.
