Help with fan headers sorting

Hello everyone,today i ran at a problem regarding my pc case fans and i hope i can get some helpfull insight from you guys,The case i use is MS TITAN 2 PRO,that has it's own very solid fan hub(picture 1),now here is the problem,i have B450 Tomahawk Max Motherboard that has only 4pin/12v rgb fan headers,but this fan hub that comes with case connects via 3pin/5v connector,i can't find any 12v to 5v i have been looking everywhere,so the next solution i've come up with is this,I can buy Chieftec 3 RGB fan kit that has fan hub with it(picture 2) + remote controler and best thing about it is it doesn't  have to be pluged in mobo for it to work,u can control it with remote.

 

So the solution i've come up with is the following,put 3 case fans into case fan hub on picture 1,than put the 3 pin mobo header from case fan hub into the Chieftec Fan hub,and put rest of the kit fans into it,do you think this could work,would my case fans that are plugged in case fan hub be able to work/change colors?
