Does any have any information regarding this program? I current want to try it but it seems my Laptop doesn't want to create a restore point. If anyone can help me get my head around this program it would be greatly appreciated. You "MUST" have a lot of knowledge about this program or have know how to use the program

I guess you want to patch your windows and make it able to use custom skins?

If its that you want I use this solution.

It can be used in both 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) systems.

Following this simple steps:
1. You just need to run its EXE file and it’ll ask you to select the language. Use x86 or x64 one depending on your OS version.

2. Click on OK button and it’ll detect the OS and condition of the system files. It’ll show you the information and will ask you for confirmation

3. Click on Yes button. Now you’ll see the main interface of this tool. You just need to click on the “Patch” button given for each file

4.Once you patch a file, the “Restore” button gets activated so that you can restore the default file in future.
5. Restart your system and you’ll be able to use 3rd party themes in Windows 7 without any problem.
6. And if you have downloaded some themes already simply copy the .theme file and its theme folder to “%windir%ResourcesThemes” folder (where %windir% means “Windows” directory present in system drive where Windows 7 is installed. Most probably C: drive). Now double-click on .theme file and it’ll apply the theme or you can apply it using Desktop Personalization window.

Its simple as that.

Then you can use skins for example like this one F5iW224.jpg

I use little old version but is working and proved in time stable as hell on all of my machines. Here is direct link from my server > click <

If you don`t want to use it you can download the newest one from their site but I don`t know if it will work ok too :)
