MOBO not power on

HELP my trusty asus x470 gaming f is not posting after 2 weak of non useage  aka sit and collect dust here what I have try so far

1 clear cmos

2 disamble every thing and put it on the mobo box as a safe static clean work enviroment as linus say

3 wear livestrong braselet ok jokeing i touch the ground powersupply regulary

4 clean the mobo clean of dust with dam cloth

5 sit to dry

6 place it on the mobo box and plugin the switch for the power button 

7 plugin a cpu

hear is what i get no qled were lit up but standby poweris and when i plugin the lan the orange ligth come on and blink according to the manunal this is normal

and i have change the cmos battry as well

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
