im using an asrock b450m pro4 and im trying to oc my memory to 3200mhz as its specified but i cant.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1070, RAM: T force rgb 16gb 3200Mhz, Mobo: Asrock B450M Pro4, Storage: Adata 128Gb SSD and Seagate Barracuda 1Tb HDD 7.2kRPM, PSU: Corsair 750W 80+ bronze,Case: Corsair 280x, Headphones: Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 Wireless, Speakers: Bose Companion Speakers

Define Basic Bios arrangements? Did you manually set all timings and speeds etc or just do xmp profile?

Are you using the Asrock motherboard utility that could possibly be overwriting your bios xmp settings back to default? If not I would try doing it manually rather than XMP.

it was a hardware issue, apparently in the mobo manual if you want to oc it must be in a2/b2

AsRock also specifies the slots and the "recommended" DRAM frequency, based whether a Zen / Zen+ / Zen 2 CPUs is used.
