problems in all the games and sometimes while browsing

hey everyone , soo I've been dealing with a problem where the games just stop for no reason , it's like the gpu stops I dunno, i've had this problem for too long , and but didn't really affect me because I wasn't playing much , but because of all the stuff going on all over the world I've started to play games again and it's supper annoying!

the problems happen at around 6sec's in the first video

and around 40 sec's in the secound video

My config is:

I7 -4790k (no oc)

gtx 1070 ti (no oc) (updated)

2x 8gb ddr3 1600mhz Gskill ripjaws cl10 (no XMP profile)

ASUS H97M-E (bios is updated)

CRUCIAL SSD 250GB SATA III BX100 - CT250BX100SSD1 (where the os is and also league of legends the game in the video)

SEAGATE 2TB SATA III 64MB 7200 RPM - ST2000DM001(where I have all the other games such as gta V , the witcher 3 etc, and also has this problem)

NOX Urano VX 650W PSU

windows 10 Updated.

what I tried to do:

I've try some changes on my nvidia panel such has turning v-sync on

did some changes on the power settings to high performance

I tryied with only 1 ram stick and the problems still happen , also changed the ram to other slots

I notice that the gpu usage kinda goes down when this happen , I've already clean all gpu drivers and installed them

I normally play in 1440p with 75hz but because of this problem I've tried to lower resolutions such as 1080p 60 hz and the problem still happens

could my cpu be dying? I mean...its old I've had this pc since 2015 the only thing I bough was a cpu coller 1 ram stick and the gpu!

sometimes I also feel like a lag when Im typing like the chat just stops but then all my inputs appear(just happened right now as im writing)

Have you checked event viewer yet to see if you have any warnings or errors at the same time you are having troubles in game. Thats where i would start. Also what setting are you using in game and how high is cpu and gpu usage when this occurs?

I don't have any critical error in event viewer but I do have 7 on the error in the last hr wich I guess would be those? I have kernel event tracing (1) ; Perfnet( dunno what the hell is this ) (2) ; distributedCOM (3)

as for the CPU and GPU usage its showing in the videos I uploaded its the first % information as for gpu and cpu ( the other % number is the fan speed)
