OpenGL 2.1 was released in 2006.  I think it’s backwards compatible though so anything that supports OpenGL (which should be basically everything) newer than that. Vulcan isn’t backward though so something older than 2016

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
