RMA'ing from AOC

Has anyone went through an RMA process with AOC recently? Got my replacement this week for my 24G2 in a plain cardboard box with the AOC logo on the front although the warranty states I would get in factory retail packaging. The parts of the stand weren't in bags in all and were just tossed in, the back of the monitor stand also has some nicks on the red accented part. The panel was securely packaged though but everything was pretty dusty (including the monitor) which is awfully strange if it was new...

 

On their website it states "EPI will replace the entire Product at no charge with a new monitor (of the same type) in an original factory retail package."
