Multiple monitor full screen game without minimise?

It is not possible without using borderless window mode.

Hi,

 

I am wondering if there is a way to use my second monitor without minimising my game which is on the main monitor? I am currently alt+tabbing but its kinda annoying. I know that full screen windowed is an option, however I have read that this adds input delay and I would like to avoid this
