Eye level webcam stand

Hello all, I have been tasked to get a webcam stand and we have some colleagues who are providing training others. It needs to be at eye level. Budget is not issue but we would want to keep the price down.

a tripod maybe?

you can't eye level a webcam it's either above or below the screen, unless you want to place it on the center of the screen with a tripod.
