FPS issue

I have DELL laptop which has i7 6th gen processor and mx960 graphic card with 8gb ram still I don't get more than 90 FPS is CSGO please give me some solution or if someone can tell me at least what is the problem it will be helpful.

get a new pc. My old laptop had similar specs and I had even lower frames. or you could pull a command line and lower your graphics to levels never imagined.
