So I have noticed an issue with my bluetooth headphones (WF-1000XM3) when connected to my laptop (Pro 7). When I watch youtube videos the audio coming through my headphones is always stuttering. I have narrowed it down to it being an issue with the wireless card in the laptop as this issue only occurs when I am connected to my 2.4GHz network and not my 5GHz network.

Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

Thanks

Don't connect to 2.4ghz. The band interferes with the Bluetooth signal. I don't know of a real fix for this besides maybe getting a bluetooth 5.0 usb IF your headset supports that.

The XM3 is BT4.0 only.  I gave up trying to use this with my PC cos of the stutter on BT.  You can use it plugged in I guess.
