I have a small AC unit with a compressor that goes on and off every once in a while. Usually when this happens I hear a click and If my PC is off the keyboard lights up for a brief moment and turns back off. However this time I've put my PC on Sleep mode and when the AC went it booted the whole PC back up. Is this a cause of concern? Will that damage my PSU or anything else?. The psu is a cx450.

The PC booted up from sleep because you have "state after power failure" on "on".

The AC is drawing too much power from the circuit.  If you can't plug the PC into another circuit, you need to get a UPS.
