Cannot write to USB3 NTFS

Hello, today I bought usb 3 thumbdrive and formatted it to NTFS because the 4Gb restriction on FAT32 and my router cannot recognize exFAT.

 

But the problem is that I cannot write anything to the drive while it is formatted to NTFS my transfer speed is just stuck at 0kb/s, how can I fix that? =/
