i actuly have a pre bultd and it has a gtx 760 2gb and i was planing to upgrade it to a rx 5500xt 8gb

The RX 5500 XT seems a bit overkill if you go for this budget rig.

 

You may experience a bottleneck...

I would look at getting a 1650 super. Its cheaper than the 5500xt and gives about the same performance. Your PSU should be able to handle it, but if you upgrade again in the future or have the money now I would recommend upgrading it. Could add some more ram if ddr3 is going cheap, but you may be better saving up for a cpu+MB+ram upgrade in the future

i was plaing on baying a gtx 1650 super gaming x but the rx 5500xt gaming x is on sale now thay cost besicle the same its just that the rx 5500xt has a more vram
