Best power supply to leave on?

Other details :My PC is an I3 8100, GTX 1060 6gb, 16gb ram (4x4), 120mm watercooler, 1 nvme ssd, 1 ssd, 2 HDD and 4 fans(including the one in the water cooler). I want to upgrade my power supply to be comfortable in leaving my PC alone while running Parsec. The price of a good power supply + a reasonable laptop is way lower than a laptop that have te same power as my PC, that's why i plan on using Parsec. Currently i own a 550w 80plus bronze PCyes. 550w is more then enough i know, but safety to leave hardware on and unsupervised is different ,i need a reliable power supply not just something that can handle my PC. For my use this PC is enough, also it wont matter me buying an I9 10900K for it to blow up because i had an unsafe power supply.

IMO something like a Corsair RMx series should work great. One of my servers has been running nearly 24/7 for a year on a RM850x with no problems to speak of.
