Kill vr, it’ll do the other two perfectly, but vr wants more performance.

 

two changes I’d make;

get faster ram, not going to raise price by much, but it will raise performance significantly.

maybe get an nvidia card, the 5600xt is not the best considering price to performance. Look at a used nvidia 2060, much better card, and you might even find it new for the same price.
