Dram Overclock is not applying

Hello I hope you guys can help me, I am having some issues when trying to overclock my Ram I will attach all the pictures I took from the bios all setting seem to be alright but when I get back to windows the oc on the ram is not applied. I overclock the CPU no problem but when it comes to the ram it doesnt apply the clock speed. I can change the voltage of the ram. but thats the only thing I can change when it comes to RAM. any help would be much appreciated .

Ryzen 5 3600 OC'd 4.4ghz 

16 gb Ram Corsair 2400. 

GTX 1060 6gb-

B450 ROG gaming F

Cooler master MWE 600 watt 80+ bronze 

NZXT s340 Elite

You will need another piece of software to see the actual speed. Taskmanager just shows the manufacturer default speed.

Something like CPU-Z or AMD Ryzen Master

Whats the frequency under load? (you can use the bench tab for that)

Try setting the FCLK frequency manually to half of the DRAM frequency instead of leaving on AUTO.

I tried that out, I set up the FCLK to 1400 and still the same thing :( I dont know why the memory speed is even lower than 2133mhz.

I solved the issue by flashing the Bios with a thumbstick. thank you guys.
