Lightning extension cable

Hi,

I don't know where this topic belongs, so I am trying it here. We have a stereo system which has a lightning plug, to plug in your iPhone to listen music off of it, but we only have a iPad, which doesn't fit because the port is in a hole, just as wide as a iPhone.

So here is my question: Is there something like a little Extension cable from female lightning to male lightning? So a cable to connect stereo and iPad?

from a quick google there seem to be a lot of options on amazon and aliexpress, so presumably these do what you want them to do.

Thank you so much! When I googled, I only found these with USB C or some adapters form Lightning to USB C to Lightning.
