Stuck on booting screen.

I just finished upgrading my pc, hpwever I can't get out of the booting screen. And for some reason even though I updated the bios to f50 before, it's back to f40. Is it because of the rams I replaced?

 

Edit: False alarm. I got it to work somehow.

My specs:

Mobo: b450 aorus pro wifi

Cpu: Ryzen 7 5800X3D

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 black

GPU: EVGA FTW3 Ultra Gaming RTX 3080 12gb

Ram: Ripjaws DDR4 3600mhz 16gb

PSU: Corsair 850w

Monitor: Dell 1440p 144hz

Case: Deepcool Mattrex 55
