Something like this would be a lot better; ram speed brought up to 3600, if you really want to have "future proofing" I would go with an x570 board instead, or with a b450 if you want to save some money (something like a msi b450 tomahawk max is good), again if you want to save some money you could go with an rtx 2060 instead but this card is slightly faster (it draws more power and produces more heat, something to be aware of), power supply was upgraded and cheaper, however it is not modular. Not really sure what you want with the case, but I personally would not recommend spending over 80 euro on a case, there is plenty of good cases in this price range.
