USB drive is write protected help needed

my parents using my laptop, clicked on some link and downloaded the pro zipper virus.

my USB flash drive has been write protected and I can't use it.

I have tried the "regedit" , "CMD" , and other software formatting methods but nothing seam to work.

 Dose anyone have a solution for this issue?

Are you trying to recover files or just make the drive usable again?
