Hardware issue?

So ive recently been experiencing frame spikes in game, so I ran a few prime 95 tests and a few heaven tests and everything was fine there. I also did a memtest 86 and that worked correctly, I couldn't think of any other reason Im getting frame spikes in game. If anybody has any tips or anything please let me know, Thanks!

are you doing any streaming, or anything else in the background?
