just built today, my first build ever and as expected, somewhere along the lines I messed up.

It's not even powering up. PSU is plugged it, every thing is connected as far as I'm aware.

Specs are

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: PNY CS900 120 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4 GB STRIX Video Card
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 450 Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

No clue what to do, watched a video step by step and the motherboard bios should be updated as it should be ready for 3000 series ryzen

Yah uh any help would be appreciated

If the front IO is plugged in correctly, and the PSU fan doesn't spin, it's either the mother board or the PSU.

Is there any clicking when you turn it on?

Double check to make sure you wired the case's power and reset buttons properly.

Also flip the PSU 180* so the fan is facing down.

The case also has a dust filter at the bottom, dedicated for the PSU.

Make sure the PSU's connections are firmly in place, half the time when I set up my bench PSU the board won't turn on because the 24 pin didn't plug in all the way. If it turns on and all the fans sit at full blast, you need to plug in the 8/4 pin CPU connector.

And did you test everything before installing it?

GPU guaranteed to work as it did yesterday, PSU and CPU arrived today in the mail, there was none damage on any of the packages and I haven't dropped anything. So I wouldn't think anything would be broken

Even if you have every reason to believe the parts are fine, it's best to do a dry run on the motherboard box before you go to the trouble of putting the PC together. I doubt you'd have a parts issue on new stuff but every item you can confirm is fine saves you a step of troubleshooting. If you do decide to take the board out, remember you can short out the pwr pins with a screwdriver or something among the front panel connector pins to start it.

No, nothing clicks

Make sure everything is plugged in correctly, especially the 24 pin. It may feel like you pushing too hard, but you aren't.

There is a -/+ p led

*Most* cases label their front panel connectors about the same way as the board. PWR SW is the power switch (if you couldn't tell), as long as that connector from the case is on both pins of it it'll work. Both of the sets of LED pins do care about orientation but you won't kill anything plugging them in backwards for a bit.
