I am trying to move my SSD & HDD with Win 7 (installed on SSD). Unfortunately the Z390 Chipset apparently does not support Win 7 USB. So I have No Mouse or Keyboard. (M&K work fine in BIOS and Win 10 install media).

I want to upgrade Win 7 to 10 but I can't do anything inside windows. (Without doing a fresh install, if it can be avoided)

I would use my old system but I think I bent a CPU pin (Intel) and it won't boot.

So I would like to know if I can put my hard drive in a compatible PC, Upgrade, then put in my PC???

If I can, please explain any steps I should take.

Thank you for your Input and Time.

Here I explained few methods. This link jumps into last comment, so read previous ones too. (I'm now using phone so editing links is challenge).
