Best Backup/Folder Sync Software?

I use to love Microsoft Sync Toy but seen it malfunction and can't get it working again. It hasn't been updated in a few years. I don't mind buying one reasonably priced, I'm looking for one that can sync an unlimited amount of folders even across mapped network drives. Daily, weekly, or monthly set tasks.

Any recommendations? For Windows 7 & 8.

Doesn't sound like it no, I'm looking for something very simple and friendly on the interface. Easy to add/remove/disable tasks, and it will know only to copy over newly modified files so it doesn't waste time copying over the same files each time the task runs.

I thought that creates system images, which isn't what I'm going for.

EDIT: Oh I just tried it, eh, I would still prefer a separate program doing the tasks.

It also doesn't seem to let me choose specific folders.

I use FreeFileSync but I think that doesn't have option for automation.
