No signal

I recently put together a new build, it has the ryzen 5 3600, the XFX RX580 8gb, and a 600W power supply. Now that I go to turn it on, there is no signal. I took out the gpu and left only one stick of ram in the slot to see if it is a power issue but there still is no signal. I tried both hdmi and dvi both from the motherboard now that the gpu is out and I still get no signal. I also tested the monitor and it still works. By now I usually assume that it is a lack of power, but after a few seconds of turning the computer on, the mouse lights up and the num lock light turns on, on the keyboard. When bios usually pops up on other computers I have built, the num lock and mouse light up like it did here, but there still is no signal on the monitor. I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this question, but what do you all think it is?

Never mind, it fixed itself. I plugged back in the gpu and used a dvi cable instead and it worked again. Thank you for responding quickly though
