Motherboard Software Compatibility

I am making a list for a PC i am planning on making but am having some trouble with finding out compatibility of products and software. I am wanting to get the Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB ram and a Gigabyte AORUS X299 Master RGB motherboard. So far I have found that the ram and motherboard should be compatible, but I am wanting to know if the motherboard will work with synapse, and if I will be able to control all the lighting in my build with just synapse. If not can anyone please list some possible other boards that are similar in looks that will fit?

Razer Synapse does not work with Gigabyte. If you wish to have all the rgb here are all the brands razer supports
