Jump to content

Try using the cable with the other monitor and see if it works. Also try using that monitor with the cable from the first monitor. That way you know if either of those is faulty.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

I think it might be the adapter. because it DID work once but then it stopped working completely. thank you! :) (and I know the cable im using for it is good!)
