M.2_2 drive not detected

Go to solution Solved by Dujith,

From the Asus site:

AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics Processor : *2
1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)

Quote

*2 M.2_2 is unsupported when using these CPUs.

Boils down to that with a 3200G (oboard Vega) the 2nd M2 port (M2_2) is disabled.

Sorry :(

Motherboard: Asus Strix B450-i itx

CPU: Ryzen 3200G

GPU: 1660 Super

After installing a second nvme ssd into the m.2 port on the back of the motherboard (M.2_2) it is not detected in windows or the bios at all, any ideas? the manual says both ports support nvme so im at a loss to why it wont detect it :( is this something to do with pcie lanes? the cpu is to be upgraded soon and if i need more lanes this will be a factor i choosing a new one, thanks!
