After update missing storge

After updating to the 2004 version of Windows 10 I have 160gd of storge left than I I deleted a few software and the ,Remains of the previous version of Windows and some how I have now 125gb free instead of 170-180gb free storge can somebody happy me with a solution

i resat my pci reset my windows 10 and the problem keep happening
