hello there my power supply unit has making terrible clicking sounds really fast like fast and it gets really loud i honestly dont kn ow what it is and i need help it dose go away when i tilt the whole pc and it is not the hhd because thats what i suspected it to be so i took it out and turn the pc on and it kept making the sound it dosent affect my performance at all its just really anoying could it be coil whining

If it go's away when you tilt the pc its probably the fan bearing of the power supply.

Probably a fan thats hitting something. Try opening your PC and when its making the clicking sounds, stop the fans one by one for a few seconds. You should hear which fan it is. You probably shouldnt do that with your PSU fan, so if its non of the other fans, its probably oyur PSU fan.

nothing is hiting my fans

If you don't like the sounds: yes and no, If you are a little handy you can screw open the power supply and replace the fan that's inside of it (You do need probably a soldering iron and some creativity). Else yes you need to replace it.
