Dell OEM GPU'S

Hello, I'm pretty new to all this and honestly i'm kinda looking for a quick and simple answer, I recently bought a Dell Aurora R9 with a I7-9700 (non K) and I bought it with a GTX 1660 Super, which will obviously come with an Dell OEM version of it, and I was wondering if I will get any genuine noticeable drop in gaming performance with it, like around 5-10 FPS loss?

Depends on heat and power. No idea what kind of board, poeer supply or cooler Dell put in that

So would that mean turning off CPU Turbo Boost would give me a shot at higher performance?
