been waiting for the funds, cpu is a bit degraded after years of oc, done a bit of reading, and this is the cpu+ram+mobo i have decided on, just waiting for the mobo to be instock. hoping to get some second opinions though before i order them. i am planning to swap the gpu for a 3000 series when they drop, and the psu will likely be replaced around the same time, and adding another m.2 soon, so board has to have 2 m.2 slots. would like to keep the price at or below 600$, any opinion/suggestions appreciated, thanks!

edit: went with 3700x, asrock b550 etreme4, and 16gb 3600mhz G.Skill trident neo b-die instead, added about 55$

Looks good to me. Only thing to consider: make sure you still have the am4 bracket for your cooler. If you don’t, you might have to buy one from Corsair.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.

Looks okay. I'd get a new power supply too, though. Most of EVGAs bronze units are either bad or very mediocre
