PC does not boot

My pc all of a sudden started having boot error. I tried startup repair in troubleshooting but that didnt help.I also install windows several times, always got some booting error.I completely wiped my hdd and installed windows again, still had booting error.
It also takes whole lot of time to boot into the error page.
I guess its faulty hdd but I dont know much about PCs so i am not sure..

yeah that does sound like hard drive damage

my dads hp from 2016 had this problem couple months ago and just gave me the machine

which I just parted out
