Budget (including currency): $1600 CDN

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Forza Horizon 4, Dark Souls Series, Red Dead Redemption, GTA V, Various other racing games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I’m starting fresh and an completely open to ideas, my current PC is an Intel i7 3.4 Sandy Bridge CPU, GTX 970, 650 PSU, 2 SSDs (180gb/500gb). So ideally something that outperforms my dated machine that’s not gonna break the bank. It is however ideal for me personally to stay with an Intel based system, as I’m more familiar with the platform. Also I’d like for the case to be subtle and have good airflow/cable management.
