Does AMD ReLive cause input lag?

The title says it all. I don't have any hard numbers or a high speed camera to test it out. However, when I have ReLive on, the game feels a little less responsive than usual. Is this just a placebo or does ReLive actually cause input lag. Thanks!

Not that I've noticed, but overall frame rate can go down depending on how heavy the game is and also depending on your hardware.
