GPU turns off while gaming

Hi guys, so i have this issue with my computer. whenever i gaming the gpu (RX 470 4gb) seems to turn off by itself but the fans and my keyboard and mouse still on. the problem is my max temp when gaming is 60 something on cpu and 66 for gpu but when i open the side panel of my case it fix this problem. i also monitored my max temp for the vrm,motherboard and it’s all in good temperatures. i don’t think it’s happen because of my psu as i mentioned earlier it will work if i open the side panel.can anyone tell me what’s wrong ?

Motherboard : B450m S2H
GPU : RX 470 4gb red devil 
CPU : Ryzen 3 3200g
Ram : HyperX fury 2666mhz 4gbx2
PSU : AVF gaming freak 500w 80+ bronze
Storage : Hdd 500gb 7.2k rpm

Try dduing the drivers

all parts are new except the gpu because i bought it from someone else. i already ddu the drivers and install older and newer version still no luck

Try stress testing the GPU at power limit to max if it doesn't pass try Power limit to -50% if it passes it could be the PSU
