What is this CPU??

Another CPU look like intel Atom P5962B, the 10nm cpu? (Do you know how to use it?)

Looks like a rebranded x86 cpu 

Maybe they just etched a name onto the IHS

ZXIC seems to primarily make embedded ARM chips for set-top boxes and stuff. It does look an awful lot like that Atom, though. Maybe licensed from Intel?

An arm chip that is non soldered ? 

What socket does it have ?

Looks like soldered to me, just cut off from a board. You can see the rough edges and tracks cutting off in the sides.

 

EDIT: Also SMD pads, vias and silkscreen

Oof nope you're right. I'm just dumb. I cant see any kind of socket on the board though. Looks like hot glued or something.

It's not very clear but now that I look at it it does kind of look like it was soldered

Actually it does look soldered 

Either way God knows what firmware or what board supports it lol
