ryzen 5 high temps

hello guys, i built a pc with these specs
ryzen 5 3600
asus tuf b450 mobo

650 watts psu
16 gb ram
rampage 240 mm aio

at first i had the stock cooler on but i had heating issues 
temps were around 80 at idle and 95 and load
and now on the aio i am idleing at 65 and on load aroun 85-90 
is this normal?

what are you using to measure/monitor your temps?

sounds more like bad mounting pressure most likely then. I have never heard of a Rampage 240mm AIO and google searching produces no results either...

If the CPUs performance is ok and it does not thermal throttle is it maybe sensor failure?
