I need a good keyboard and mouse as well and it would be best if the mouse has 2 side buttons, I am going to switch from console to PC so it would be much appreciated if you could break down the price of each part and which are key components. (I already have a 1080p 75hz monitor)

Edit: You can leave the price of the keyboard and mouse out of the initial budget.

Not to mention there is a tremendous backlog of stuff coming out of China.  If you look at Newegg, you will see the majority of the good motherboards are out of stock.  Give them another month or so to see if the situation improves but basically hold off until the embargo with China loosens up a bit.
