G sync Flickering

Hi there, I am having problems with flickering during game loads and well I was wanting to know if there is a way to fix it? Either by drivers.

Specs are i7 6700k @ 4.5ghz

GTX 1080 

16 gb RAM 3600 MHZ

SSD

Acer Predator XB241H

and the things I have tried are switching to old drivers and using ddu
