I set a custom resolution too high(solved)

I set it to high and now windows just goes black when it gets to load on my laptop can some one please help me

It's an Acer nitro 5(secondary display let me correct the issue)

i cant think of solution but using windows 10 bootable USB to format PC

Thanks, I might just reinstall windows through safe mode

If you can get in safe mode then just uninstalled the graphics card driver. Once you restart Windows will install it again with the default resolution.

 

Also Win 10 has a recovery mode in which you could do this.

Actually I figured out how, I needed to use a second display,thank you for the help though

Thank you but I figured it out,I just needed a second display to change the resolution back
