CPU power connector

Hello, 
I am building pc and discovered that my motherboard (Gigabyte B450M S2H) have 8 pin connector for CPU power and my PSU have only 4 pin connector. Can I plug it in 8 pin ? 
(Also in Installation Guide shows that it is possible Photo here)

 

CPU - Amd ryzen 3 3200G

Motherboard - Gigabyte B450M S2H

Ram - 2x4GB 1.2v

PSU - CODEGEN 420-N 420W

Without dedicated GPU

It should work fine, but I'm not sure I'd trust that power supply-- you might want to consider an upgrade for the long term.
