Your motherboard have USB flashback so you don't even need CPU/memory or anything installed apart from power to motherboard.

You have different options; traditional method (USB stick and then via the BIOS), BIOS flash button or via software from windows.

 

Please refer to pages 39-40 of your motherboard's user manual
