Hi Everyone.  I'm hoping someone can help me out with this.

I've got an Acer pre-built PC, 7th gen core i5, 12gb ram, running Windows 10 Home.  It's not the best, but it was cheap when my old daily driver work system died.

For some reason, if I look at task manager, Print Spooler SubSystem App is regularly using 28-35% of my CPU resources.  Yes I have a printer connected, but I don't use it often.  Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening, and what I can do to fix it?
