Hi all!

I have been having lots of bluescreen issues lately, and from what I can tell it appears to be CPU related. The errors frequently change, but the most common I get is driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I figured this was due to an unstable overclock, but after hours of tinkering I eventually set my bios to defaults and tried running prime95 only for worker #6 to consistently fail. I have already reinstalled windows (blue screened several times during the process), disconnected all secondary ssd's, reseated both my ram and gpu, as well as cleared cmos and updated bios. On the bios update page I noticed there is a note to update the intel rapid storage technology driver, but it looks like I don't have that on my install of windows. My specs are as follows, and I have attached everything seemingly relevant from prime95. I think I may have a dead core, but I wanted to see what you all think before I go and buy all new hardware. Thanks in advance!

NOTE: The cpu has been stable at 4.8Ghz @1.34v for the past 2 years, I started having issues roughly a month ago and it has only gotten worse up until today

i had this exact error with RAM overclock, and i think i also had CPU OCed at time aswell

can you run userbenchmark.com so we can determine how PC performs

Thanks for the response, here are my results

I see that the ram is "performing below potential", I have XMP turned off right now in order to make sure there are no issues caused by that
