Missing Space on Storage

Hello I have a 120gb ssd as my main drive and long story short I copied a folder that was around 20gb forgetting I didn't have space on my drive. Next thing I know the folder was copying then failed and all my remaining storage disappeared and I can't find the folder at all. If it helps I was copying it from downloads to appdata.

So you used up the remaining storage on your boot+main drive and your OS just dumped off the rest of it ?

Basically that, but when the os told me I didn't have enough space it canceled but still took up my space with no folder to be seen or delete in the destination.
