Hellow friends.

I know that 3700x gives a better gaming performance (higher FPS) but how much faster in % 3700x is compared to 2700 in like compression,encoding,etc...

I suppose 3700 gives higher IPC but how much higher...

Pricing difference is here around 150-200 euros,so almost double the price of 2700x so I don't think that perfomance gain is worth it compared to 3700x.

Just want you to give and share your opinions.

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Alot faster not only is there an ipc difference

The FUP gets a pretty nice bump which will speed up things a bit also you get the better imc

Better FCLK all of these things that will result in better performance

If it a double then I think it's not worth it

A 2700x is about the same as a 3600

For intensive tasks it has a worse FUP ( I think) and worse ipc count but it has more cores and threads

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

yep,330 euros for 3700x,I think it's a lot...

Then it's either a 3600 or a 2700x

They are very similar in performance but the 2700x edges out in multi threaded work loads

How much does both the 2700x and the 3600 go for

I'll personally wait for 3700x to drop price, and then go for it,since now it's too expensive...

I saw cinebench results and hmm dunno 3700x is faster but not worth price difference for me personally.

I wish I could test them in compression, video encoding etc...or find results.
